Can you switch me to a new plan?
No, we cannot switch you to a new plan. We provide all the details you need to make an informed decision but you need to contact the retailer of your choice, to switch to a new plan. Once you have found a plan you like and you are ready to switch, have a look at our switching checklist.
When you contact your new retailer to sign up they will take care of the rest, including letting your current retailer know that you are changing over.
